Bilal has been fascinated with personal development through physical activity since his early teens when he engaged in Martial Arts.
He continued his passion by studying physiotherapy at university level and was drawn to personal training in early 2000's. Since then he acquired numerous certification and skills to widen his professional knowledge.
After arriving in the UAE from the UK and switching from coaching combat athletes to general population he quickly discovered that most of gym goers including advanced ones could benefit from fat loss, technique improvement and goal orientated training. He implemented his philosophy revolving around balanced diet, exercising with 7 primal movement in mind and appropriate recovery resulting in noticeable and sustainable results for his new clients.
