Group training

As kids, we loved to get together to play with our friends. As teenagers, our world revolved around our friends; oftentimes, our friends dictated our choice of activities. As adults, we still enjoy being active with friends, but don’t always feel like we have the time or opportunities to do so. Group exercise provides us with an opportunity to feel young again and be physically active with others.

Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down. At TransFit sports services Group Training sessions are intimate size of up to 20 or so people. Our groups are supportive and motivating – full of PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU who want to burn fat and be fitter and healthier.

Our sessions are varied to keep it interesting and workouts may include: fitness boxing, circuit training, interactive games, running and jogging, strength exercises, stairs, push ups, sit ups, core strengthening exercises, body weight, compound movements and on some of the most spectacular beaches and parks in the UAE. Our aim is to ensure you are kept safe, have fun, burn calories and fat and to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals. We guarantee that each session would be both fun and challenging!
